At No44, we don’t believe in throwing things away, we believe in giving them a second life.

Patch & Play is our creative repair initiative, launched in collaboration with AllDenims, to celebrate the beauty of imperfection and the value of keeping denim in play. Instead of hiding wear and tear, we embrace it, turning signs of use into character.

Each kit is made using leftover denim from our production process: off-cuts, scraps, and fabric remnants from pattern cutting that would otherwise go to waste.

Whether it’s a scuffed knee, a split seam, or a detail you want to add just for you, this is your chance to play. Fix, personalize, and reimagine your jeans, your way. With a needle, thread, and a little intention, you can turn flaws into features and write new stories into the fabric you already love.

What’s Inside the Kit?

The Patch & Play Kit is more than a repair tool. It’s a creative set, a statement piece, and a keepsake. Every element is designed to be functional, personal, and built to last.

1. Denim Patches

Choose as many as you’d like. Each patch is made from No44 production leftovers: off-cuts, sampling scraps, or pre-loved pieces from our circular projects.

2. Needle & Thread

A simple but essential toolkit to stitch your patches with care. Whether you’re going for a raw finish or a decorative statement, we give you the basics to start personalising.

3. Multi-Use Pouch

More than just packaging. It doubles as a mini shoulder bag, perfect for your phone, cards, or keys. Made and built to last, just like the jeans it came from.

It’s not just about fixing denim. It’s about changing how we see clothing, value resources, and connect with the things we wear.

Every patch in the kit is made from leftover denim. Off-cuts from our production process, unused fabric from sampling, or remnants from circular initiatives like No44 Renew and Rethinking Denim. What once seemed like waste becomes a starting point. Instead of discarding these pieces, we’ve repurposed them together with AllDenims.

Patch & Play is proof that fashion doesn’t have to be disposable.
That beauty can come from what’s left behind.
